About the Platform
Our platform offers a unique opportunity to invest in warehouse and retail park development backed by selected international HNWI and institutional investors.
The investor may hold up to 100% of project equity or choose to co-invest with us or our local partners. We act as a property-fund-turned-into-developer. The fees are re/hedge fund-type, whereas the scope of service is developer-specific. Our team combines real estate specialists and investment managers.
The Platform manages projects and outsources development project management to local players via DMA contracts.
We work closely with a leading Polish independent financial institution focused on investment in warehouse/industrial property and retail park development.
The Platform operates by utilizing funds from selected institutional investors for warehouse/industrial property developments in Poland and CEE.

We act as an actual developer (by owning approx. 100% of any given project), protecting the interests of the investors. We have no links, be it personally or at the corporate level, to any property developer active in the CEE property market.

The Platform allows us to tap into diverse industrial projects (BTS, big box, cross-dock etc.) and harness the potential of various geographic locations. We aim to create a robust and resilient portfolio that balances risk and optimizes investment returns.
